Artists retain copyright to their work unless otherwise agreed. Buyers receive the rights specified in their commission agreement. Users must not infringe on others' intellectual property.

8. Prohibited Content

Users may not post illegal, harmful, or offensive content. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate our policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

HyrArt provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for disputes between buyers and artists, artwork quality, or any damages arising from platform use.
